Our Planning Fees
Here’s what you get when you plan your trip with Gravitate.
$30 per Trip*
A trip involves one or more travel suppliers to get you and your party to the same destination, on the same date(s), using the same method(s) of transportation.
One or any combination of the following
- Flight only
- Car only
- Hotel only
- Train only
- Travel Insurance Quote
$85 per Trip*
A trip involves one or more travel suppliers to get you and your party to the same destination, on the same date(s), using the same method(s) of transportation.
- All-Inclusive packaged vacations up to 3 destinations and 3 properties per destination.
- Pre-arranged guided tours (Coach Tours, Land Touring – custom/pre-packaged set departures, River/Ocean Cruises etc.) – includes flights, transfers and any pre/post tour arrangements for an extended stay booked with one company.
- Access to exclusive offers from our frequent travel partners, when available.
- Up-to-date information on the property/travel supplier that may not be published online at the time you book.
$150 per Trip*
A trip involves one or more travel suppliers to get you and your party to the same destination, on the same date(s), using the same method(s) of transportation. This requires more intensive research, supplier comparison, customized travel arrangements, and/or private jet/villa/residence research.
- All-Inclusive packaged vacations up to 3 destinations and 3 properties per destination.
- Pre-arranged guided tours (Coach Tours, Land Touring – custom/pre-packaged set departures, River/Ocean Cruises etc.) – includes flights, transfers and any pre/post tour arrangements for an extended stay booked with one company.
- Access to exclusive offers from our frequent travel partners, when available.
- Up-to-date information on the property/travel supplier that may not be published online at the time you book.
** For research of 10 travellers or more, specific Incentive travel research rates are to be discussed at the time of inquiry.

- Initial consultation and advice
- Travel guidance and recommendations (travel timing, advice on options to suit your needs).
- Advice on current health and safety information, including latest COVID-19 rules.
- Advice on passport requirements, vaccine requirements and country specific entry/exit & potential visa requirements.
- Manulife Travel Insurance information/quote.
Plus
Our fees also entitle you to services after your initial booking and even during your travel:
- Our work securing travel arrangements (liaising with our travel partners and hotels, bookings, etc.).
- Delivery of all travel documentation (Physical or Electronic, delivery at no cost to you).
- Any booking amendments that result from unforeseen circumstances before, during, and after travel commences. Including assistance in obtaining info required for any travel insurance claims.
- Access to your travel professional’s consumers events at no cost when scheduled.
- Processing of travel-related refunds and tracking.
* Fees are subject to change without notice. Payment for the above planning fees is collected, but not processed prior to scheduling research for your vacation in our calendars. Once the research is completed, we will process your planning fee and send you an email with all your travel details along with a copy of an invoice/receipt for your records.
