CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

All entrants must be Canadian residents over the age of 21 and be legally eligible for travel to the United States and other nations of the Caribbean. The contest closes on December 14, 2026. The draw will be conducted on December 21, 2026. The winner will be notified by December 21, 2026, or within two weeks of the competition closing date. The winner will be randomly drawn from the eligible prize pool (users must complete the contest ballot in full and have read the complete terms and conditions) and will need to respond within 72 hours to accept being the winner, or another winner will be chosen. Attempts will be made to notify the winner by telephone or email provided at the time of entry. The prize will be a 7-night Cruise for Two – Caribbean – Veranda stateroom. The winner can choose from all Celebrity ships when sailing in the Caribbean. The prize also includes a pair of round-trip tickets, in economy class, for travel between Canada and the embarkation port, on an air carrier through Air Canada.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The cruise winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, and gratuities associated with prize receipt and/or use.
2. All cruises are subject to availability, not valid during holidays, peak dates, or special events.
3. Transportation to and from the ship is not included.
4. All other expenses not expressly stated above, including but not limited to taxes, security fees, visa fees, fuel supplement, passport fees, travel insurance, meals except on ship, parking, and incidental expenses, are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. Beverage Package, Wi-Fi Access, Specialty Dining, Spa, and onboard incidentals are the winner’s responsibility and not included.
6. Except where prohibited, winner and travel companions will be required to sign a liability and publicity release prior to traveling.
7. The winner and travel companions must travel at the same time on the same itinerary.
8. Please contact your travel agent at least 90 days before sailing to enter your reservation request.
9. Sailing must commence prior to December 31, 2027.
10. This prize is valid for new bookings only and cannot be used for pre-existing bookings. This prize is non-transferable, and may not be given, bartered, or sold, and must be booked directly through the sales department. No guest under 21 will be booked in a stateroom unless accompanied by an adult 21 years old or older, except for married couples under 21 years old.
11. Blackout dates include sailing during July and any sailing that falls over Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Holidays, 2027. Other restrictions may apply.
12. There are no cash values or substitutions.
13. The winner and his/her travel companion must travel together in both ways.
14. The prize winner is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documentation including passports and visas, as applicable and for complying with any customs and immigration requirements.
15. The prize must be accepted as awarded; there are no substitutions. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any costs incurred by a winner though the use of a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.
16. Once booked, the booking will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of The Travel Agent Next Door.
17. The promoter and organizer, The Travel Agent Next Door, reserves the right to change any condition of this competition without notice.
18. The Travel Agent Next Door reserves the right to substitute the prize or any part of the prize (due to unavailability or for any other reason) with a different prize or part of the prize of equal monetary value.
19. The Travel Agent Next Door assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
20. Neither The Travel Agent Next Door nor Celebrity Cruises, Air Canada, nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
21. Employees of The Travel Agent Next Door, and all other prize partners, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and their families, are excluded from entering this competition.
22. The Travel Agent Next Door collects participants’ personal information to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the participant may not take part in the promotion.
23. The prize winner will be informed by email, and their name and personal details may be used in future promotions associated with the organizer and the promoter.
24. By entering this competition, you agree to allow future communications from the Organizers and Promoters of this competition. You may unsubscribe at any time.
25. The winner agrees to allow the first/last name and photo to be published in marketing materials used by The Travel Agent Next Door and their agents.

Flights

CONDITIONS: All applicable fees, including but not limited to airport/departure taxes, security charges, and other third-party fees, taxes, or charges, are the sole responsibility of the ticket bearer. Once a ticket has been issued, the origin and destination cannot be changed. A change to the flight time and/or travel date is permitted prior to December 31, 2027, by visiting aircanada.com and selecting “My Bookings/Flights.” A change fee per ticket may apply. If a booking is cancelled for any reason, Air Canada cannot issue a replacement promotional code. Extensions to the “book by” and “travel completed by” deadlines are not permitted under any circumstances. Travel does not qualify for Aeroplan points accumulation or for mileage/points accumulation in any other frequent flyer program. Stopovers and multi-city itineraries are prohibited. The use of eUpgrade credits is not permitted. Upgrading to Business Class or Premium Economy is not permitted unless a last-minute upgrade is purchased by the traveller at their own expense through the Last Minute Upgrade Purchase program. Tickets are not transferable, not upgradeable, not refundable, and not redeemable for cash, nor are they valid toward Air Canada Vacations packages. Tickets are subject to Air Canada’s General Conditions of Carriage, publicly available
on aircanada.com. Tickets are valid only for travel on scheduled flights operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Express, and Air Canada Rouge. Air Canada Signature Class may not be available on all flights. Entry into the Maple Leaf Lounge is not permitted unless travelling in Business Class and is subject to availability; entry into the Signature Suite is not permitted under any circumstances. Promotional pass recipients may be held liable to Air Canada if they fail to comply with the restrictions and conditions of travel applicable to their tickets or if fraudulent use of tickets occurs.
